By participating in the Clearance promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period: The Clearance promotion will commence on 8 April and conclude on 12 May 2024.

2. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase during the specified promotion period. A minimum deposit of $5,000 is required to make the sales valid and to be eligible for the special offers. The special offers are not valid on any purchase of a used van.

3. Discounts and Offers: All discounts and offers are applicable only during the promotion period. Discounts are valid only on eligible items such as stock and new builds and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from the promotion. Please contact us for clarification.

5. Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur during the promotion. Customers will be notified of any such corrections before their order is processed.

6. Returns and Exchanges: Standard return and exchange policies apply.

7. Limited Stock: All products and promotions are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any product during the promotion period.

8. Cancellations: Special offers cannot be redeemed when an order, placed during the promotion period, is cancelled.

9. Privacy Policy: All customer information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
