I recently took my 2014 Supreme Caravan—purchased from the Australian Caravan Centre back in February—for its first service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From drop-off to pick-up, the entire process was seamless and professional. A special shoutout to Stephen, the Service Manager, whose attention to detail, support, and communication throughout the process were outstanding. He truly went above and beyond, exceeding all my expectations. Our experience thus far has been great. Leigh helped us through all the vans, to find the best one suited and her knowledge was exceptional. We then dealt with Belle through the selection process, who has been a pleasure to deal with. She has helped us on all questions and has been more than accommodating with all the back and forth decisions.

We bought our Supreme Classic Tourer from Australian Caravan Centre, Heatherbrae in 2022 after looking at a lot of brands of caravans. Our choice was based on many factors including the product, the reputation of the company and the after sales service. We have not been disappointed in any of these! On our travels we have spoken to many owners of many different brands of caravans and most have at least some small issues. Some have had bad experiences and poor after sales service but that is certainly not our experience with our caravan at Heatherbrae. A big thanks to all the team including Rhys previously, and now Brayden in the service section who have gone over and above. A special mention also of Kayla. Kayla has gone out of her way to deal with a couple of recent issues for us and always been professional, polite and listened to our concerns. We love our caravan and thoroughly recommend Supreme Caravans and Australian Caravan Centre, Heatherbrae.

Amazing first experience with ACC - Burleigh Heads Massive shout out to Sacha Cleyman our point of contact and subsequent sales rep. As first time caravaners we were sceptical however exhaustive research pulled me to ACC in Burleigh. Once greeted by Sacha we begun the journey of looking theouhh Leader & Supreme Vans, struck with the Supreme 18’6 Classic Tourer we then went to the Gc Caravan Expo and that sealed our thoughts - Back to Burleigh where we sealed the deal through Sacha. The communication and support throughout the build period was second to none- even answering my dumb questions and adjusting to additions on the move. Handover was scary stuff but extremely well presented. I am so grateful for the Adelaide on line videos refreshing my handover it has made the transition seamless with video explanation. To the team at Burleigh don’t stop what your doing, it so genuine. Oh and I wanted a mattress end of bed stop called a Bed Handler it assists with limiting the mattress from sliding off the bed during travel and potentially raucous play (lol) through their VIC Parts ACC store this was sorted in minutes Thank-you Toiah NGaau - make this part mandatory for all your VANS. Simply we love our Van and looking forward to venturing out.
