Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
  • The EastCoasters Challenge (the “Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the participating pubs and the competition organisers are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period
  • The Competition begins on Sunday 01/12/2024 and ends on Friday 28/02/2025.
  • Participants must complete the challenge within this period to become eligible for entering the draw to WIN 1 of 4 prizes. 
3. How to Participate
  • Participants must visit the designated venues (listed below under 10. Participating Venues*) located along the east coast of Australia.
  • At each pub, participants must collect a branded Australian Caravan Centre coaster.
  • Participants must take an Image, Selfie or Video with the coaster at the venue or with food/drinks you have and post it on our public social media channels.
4. Prize
  • One winner, with 5 eligible dealership-specific coasters as described, will receive a Prize Pack with Retail Value of $1,166 for Caravans, including essential camping and travel gear.
  • Another 3 winners will be selected and rewarded with random selected prizes for their creativity, innovative or funny image, selfie, or video, posted on our listed social media channels.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • The winners will be announced on Wednesday 5th March 2025 via the official competition social media channels and on our webpage.
5. Selection of Winner
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The decision of the competition organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
  • The winners will be announced on Wednesday 5th March 2025 via the official competition social media channels and on our webpage.

‘* the list of participating venues might change at any time. Please ensure you have checked this list for being eligible. The list is dated, and your participation will be accepted when the venue was listed on the day of your submitting.’

7. Rights and Permissions
  • By participating in the Competition, participants grant the competition organisers the right to use their selfies and captions for promotional purposes.
  • Participants retain ownership of their content.
8. Liability and Indemnity
  • Participants undertake the challenge at their own risk.
  • The competition organisers and participating pubs are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the challenge.
  • Participants agree to indemnify the organisers against any claims arising from their participation.
9. Privacy
  • Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the challenge and awarding the prize.
